To mark the arrival of The Penguin series in France, Oswald Cobblepot takes over one of the most visited streets in the capital, rue Montorgueil. For one week, local shopkeepers became accomplices of the infamous kingpin, offering passersby and tourists dishes and cocktails inspired by the big boss. Ultraviolet cocktails, black pizza, signature dishes—all to be enjoyed under a canopy of purple umbrellas, through which the Penguin asserts his authority over the street.
